As an absolute, I strongly believe that every person buying or selling real estate should be represented by a qualified Real Estate Agent. If individuals represent themselves and an offer is poorly constructed, and accepted as such, there is very little a lawyer can do after the fact to protect the injured party - either buyer or seller.

Five years later I started my own International Consulting Group, with operations in Toronto, Vancouver, Barbados, Miami and New York. I operated this company as President for the next twenty years. In 2007 I sold my interests in this and other ventures and I am happily concentrating my efforts as a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Georgian Bay Realty Ltd
Throughout my career I have been heavily involved in all aspects of real estate. As a banker, a Real Estate group that established and managed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of credit lines reported to me. Funds were advanced to Developers as construction loans, and were either paid down by the builder, or the balance owing on each individule unit were assumed and transferred to the purchasers by way of a mortgage. I have been involved in large and small land assemblies and dispositions, leaseback's, foreclosures, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties in rural, urban, cosmopolitan, and agriculture areas throughout North America.
Living on the shores of Georgian Bay, I am an avid boater and pilot. I am involved in my community as Treasurer of the Tiny Township Policing Committee and Coordinator of my local Neighbourhood Watch.
