I started my business career with a Canadian Chartered Bank obtaining Senior positions in Montreal, Vancouver, New York and Toronto before leaving to join the consulting arm of a Major Chartered Accounting Firm as Principle. Five years later I started my own International Consulting Group, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Barbados, London, Miami and New York. I operated this company as President for the next twenty years. In 2007 I sold my interests in this and other ventures, moving to my waterfront home in Tiny Township where, I am happily concentrating my efforts as a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Georgian Bay Realty Ltd
Throughout my career I have been heavily involved in all aspects of Real Estate. As a banker, a Real Estate group that established and managed over one billion dollars worth of credit lines reported to me. Funds were advanced to Developers as construction loans, and in terms of residential units, mortgages were assumed on completed/sold units. I have been responsible for large and small land assemblies and dispositions, leaseback's, foreclosures, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties in rural, urban, cosmopolitan, and agriculture areas throughout North America. I am an avid boater and pilot, involved in my community as Treasurer of the Tiny Township Policing Committee, Coordinator of my local Neighbourhood Watch, and have been asked to stand for council.
